Rebloc

Rebloc

As part of the expansion of REBLOC's production facility, a two-aisled warehouse and assembly hall with approximately 4,500 m² is being constructed. The hall will feature a total of 8 overhead cranes, operating across two levels. Due to the unfavorable soil conditions and the very high load requirements, the most economical solution involved ground stabilization. By opting for precast reinforced concrete elements for both the foundations (caisson foundations) and the load-bearing structure (roof, beams, columns), the very tight construction schedule (winter-spring 2024) could be adhered to. The use of precast concrete panels (exposed concrete) as facade elements, combined with skylights, gives the entire building a modern look.

Performance:
  • Structural Design (Precast Elements)
  • Foundation Design (Formwork + Reinforcement)
  • Structural Analysis of the Existing Building, including Strengthening Concept
  • Detailed Design of Steel Structures
  • Accompanying Inspection (Acceptance Testing)
